1. Introduction to the Service and Terms

1.1. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between MyBitHash (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") and the user (referred to as "you" or "your"). By accessing and using the MyBitHash cloud mining service, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1.2. Definitions:

Cryptocurrency refers to decentralized digital currencies such as Bitcoin and Altcoins.
Miner is any registered user who participates in mining through MyBitHash.
Mining Pool is a collective group of miners working together to mine cryptocurrencies and share rewards based on contribution.
Mining Hardware is the physical equipment used for cloud mining, operated by MyBitHash.
Hashrate is the computational power used for mining, measured in algorithms like SHA-256.
Cloud Machine represents the mining power purchased and controlled by a Miner through the platform.
Service refers to the MyBitHash cloud mining system that allows users to earn cryptocurrency without owning physical mining equipment.
Payout is the periodic mining reward credited to a user's balance.
Account is the registered user's personal access to the MyBitHash service.
Balance represents the funds available in a user's account.
Contract is an agreement granting a user access to a specific amount of mining power.
Contract Term refers to the duration of the mining contract.

1.3. These Terms govern all mining activities conducted through MyBitHash.
1.4. If a conflict arises between these Terms and any guidance provided on the platform, these Terms take precedence.
1.5. MyBitHash does not guarantee specific mining results due to factors like cryptocurrency volatility and mining difficulty.
1.6. By registering as a Miner, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old.
Your use of MyBitHash must be legally permitted in your jurisdiction.
1.8. Identity verification may be required to prevent fraud, including proof of identity and address.
1.9. Prohibited Access: Users cannot access MyBitHash through VPNs, proxies (e.g., Tor), or any service that conceals their true internet connection.

2. Risks Associated with Cryptocurrencies
2.1. Cryptocurrency investments are inherently risky. Their value is not backed by any government and is subject to market fluctuations. Mining returns may change due to external factors like difficulty adjustments and exchange rate fluctuations.
2.2. MyBitHash reserves the right to update mining conditions and cryptocurrency availability without prior notice.

3. Cryptocurrencies and Mining Activities
3.1. Users must ensure that mining, holding, or transacting cryptocurrencies is legal in their country.
3.2. Potential Risks Include:
High price volatility of Bitcoin and Altcoins.
Transactions may remain unconfirmed for extended periods.
Transactions are irreversible—mistaken transfers cannot be recovered.
Cryptocurrencies may be lost due to forgotten credentials.
Future regulations may impact cryptocurrency usage.

4. Account Registration and Usage
4.1. By registering, you enter a legally binding agreement with MyBitHash.
4.2. We reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our discretion.
4.3. Each user is allowed only one account.
4.4. Account Security:
Users must not share their credentials.
MyBitHash is not responsible for unauthorized access due to negligence.
Users should notify MyBitHash immediately if their account is compromised.
4.5. Inactive accounts (no login for 12 months) may be terminated.

5. Cloud Mining Contracts and Terms
5.1. MyBitHash mining contracts are valid indefinitely unless otherwise stated.
5.2. The mining process continues as long as it remains profitable. If operational costs exceed mining earnings for 21 consecutive days, mining will be suspended or terminated.
5.3. MyBitHash reserves the right to modify contract conditions.

6. Earnings and Withdrawals
6.1. Mining rewards are credited daily but are subject to network conditions.
6.2. Withdrawal Conditions:
Users must own at least one active miner to withdraw funds.
Each purchased miner allows two withdrawals.
Additional withdrawals require the purchase of an extra miner, which grants one additional one-time withdrawal.
Unlimited withdrawals are available only to users who purchase an S19 Pro Hyd+ miner or invest $3,000 in infrastructure.
6.3. Withdrawal processing times depend on blockchain congestion and security verification.

7. Referral Program
7.1. Users can earn extra mining power or a percentage of their referral's purchases.
7.2. Referral rewards are credited automatically.

8. Prohibited Activities
8.1. Users must not use VPNs, proxies, or other tools to hide their IP address.
8.2. Fraudulent activities, system manipulation, or unauthorized access will result in permanent account suspension.
8.3. MyBitHash must not be used for unlawful purposes.

9. Liabilities and Disclaimers
9.1. Mining profits are not guaranteed. Returns depend on market fluctuations, mining difficulty, and other external factors.
9.2. MyBitHash provides services "as is", with no guarantees regarding profitability or uptime.
9.3. Users are solely responsible for securing their cryptocurrency holdings.
9.4. MyBitHash is not liable for:
Cryptocurrency price volatility.
Changes in regulatory policies.
Errors caused by third-party services (e.g., exchanges, payment processors).

10. Account Suspension & Termination
10.1. Grounds for suspension or termination:
Violation of these Terms.
Suspected fraudulent activity.
Inactivity for 12 months.
10.2. Suspended users may be required to verify their identity before regaining access.
10.3. Users who suspect fraud or abuse should report it to MyBitHash immediately.

11. Payment Terms, Refunds, and Order Cancellations
11.1. Mining contracts are purchased using cryptocurrency.
11.2. Refund Policy:
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
If a user withdraws funds from their mining earnings, refunds will not be possible.
MyBitHash may deduct mined earnings if a refund is issued.
11.3. Users must ensure accurate payment details when purchasing contracts.

12. Confidentiality and Privacy
12.1. Users must not disclose sensitive company information related to MyBitHash, including business operations and mining infrastructure.
